Our new luxury washable wool cot duvets, for infants over one year old, are expertly made in the UK from the finest British Cheviot wool, covered in high thread count cotton. An organic cotton duvet cover is also available if required. Our washable wool cot duvets can be machine washed.

To craft a wool duvet that is truly washable – tested up to 50 washes – the wool has to undergo a treatment that stops the wool from felting. The wool in the duvets has undergone a treatment that is used in the manufacture of fibres for tea bags, so it is inherently safe. This treatment also removes the lanolin smell sometimes associated with wool products.

Our duvets are tog rating tested and the washable wool cot bed duvet is an equivalent 4.5 tog.

Expertly made in the UK, our new washable cot wool duvets are made using multiple layers of wool that give the cot duvet comfort and breathability.

The wool fill in the washable cot duvet is layered. The wool is then encased in high thread count 100% cotton. The expert, quilting structure of the duvet also ensures an even and durable fill for the life of the duvet.
