  • To process orders. Orders are processed and shipped via our fulfilment partner and all data spreadsheets are securely transferred only for the purposes of order processing.

  • To send a brochure or sample that you have requested via the website, email or phone.

  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.

  • We retain your personal information until this information is no longer required to process orders or e-newsletters or when you request us to remove it.

Our e-newsletter mailing list and delivery is managed by a secure third-party provider, Mailchimp.

In order to distribute our e-newsletter, we collect your name and email address. We do nor rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

Our newsletter contains information on our new products, promotions and occasionally related green, organic or eco companies. We endeavour to send only information on new products or promotions which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
