Delivery & Returns

Dispatch of Orders
We aim to dispatch stock orders within one working day. If there is any delay to sending your order, we will email you within a day to let you know and update you. For custom orders, we will advise you of our best delivery date when placing your order.     

UK Delivery
Our standard delivery method for addresses within the United Kingdom, including the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland is DPD Next Day Delivery Service or Royal Mail’s standard first class tariff service. 

  • During selected promotional periods, we will offer free P&P in the UK. 
  • Out standard UK delivery cost is £3.95.    
  • Special Delivery - Next Day £7.95 

International Delivery
For international bedding orders we ship through UPS, DHL or TNT couriers depending on where in the world you are located at competitive flat rates per order, excluding wool duvets, pillows and mattress protectors. For duvets, pillows and mattress protectors, please contact us for a competitive quote.

For any special delivery requirements, including delivery out with the United Kingdom, please call us on +44 141 644 5211 and we will be happy to organise delivery. 

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your goods, you may return them for an exchange or full refund within our 14 day period.

Returns
Returns should be sent to 12 Waterside Gardens, Carmunnock, Glasgow, G76 9AL. Please mark your order form as 'Return' which you will find enclosed with your order and mark the package ‘Returns’ in order to help us process your return speedily. We ask that any goods returned to us are done so unused and in the original packaging. We will refund the cost of returns in the UK. 

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting for any goods which you are returning. We will aim to process all returns within a three day working period and will email or write to you to confirm when the refund has been processed. 

Cancellations
You have seven working days in which to cancel the contract and return the goods to us after receipt of the goods. Contact us on + 44 (0)141 644 5211 to advise us that you wish to cancel your order. Where the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel your contract prior to the receipt of the goods, as this may interfere with many other orders being processed at the same time. 

If any of our goods are found to be defective, we will bear the cost of returning the goods and provide you with a replacement or a refund.
